Stauffer Technologies, Inc became a 3CX Ip based PBX preferred certified partner on Dec 4, 2010 with its company president jumping in and passing the 3CX certification process. Stauffer said "This test was more difficult than I expected, but I think I did really well on it. 18 plus years experience with computer telephony helped!" Other STI techs will now follow suite, as Stauffer technologies is excited about and committed to this technology and actively seeking to spread its install base, including integration of its IVR systems as well as creating other custom additions to this technology.

BBB system technical history has again been made as Stauffer Technologies has just released a major update to the Advants BBB National IVR based report lookup, which has been in operation since 2005 and has reliably provided more than one million reports!. Our unique Advants 10 for BBB national report engine is now more accurate due to a new data feed from The Council of Better Business Bureaus, a major revision. This system was upgraded from using a copy of the raw data sent from 130+ bureaus to using a subset copy of the actual CIBR database. Permission for this had to be passed by the IT committee and finally the CBBB Board, which took more than 3 years. This new feed makes our national lookup in sync with CIBR, whereas our old feed was about 20 hours behind. It also is much more accurate as we can leverage duplicate and erroneous data filtering and correction that the CIBR upload system has in place.

These systems include our national BBB report voice lookup engine, Marketing Manager, which develops and researches sales leads, as well as our reminder system that does voice broadcasting, in this case reminding companies that they haven't responded to complaints.
