Advants10 NVS System (NexGen Voice System, a speech enabled ivr system) and Advants Bureau Marketing Manager module (including an automated calling system) were installed at the Northeast Better Business Bureau in Jacksonville, Florida, answering calls and reading reports for all Bureaus in the USa and canada on one system!
