Stauffer Technologies released Version 1.2 of its Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration add on for Switchvox. This version includes easy user setup and the ability to select screen pop ups from leads, accounts, contacts, or all.

    The package allows you to work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM directly on Switchboard, also has click to call, and allows for easy addition of call records. "It took a bit of effort to get integration working smoothly, but our team has everything operating nicely now and is well tested, including at a 70 plus user installation. I am excited about us bringing this Switchvox Switchboard custom panel into reality!" said Kendall Stauffer, company president.
