Our Advants product line began in 1992 as an acronym for Automated Data, Voice and Network (meaning web) telephony systems.  All of our IVRs are capable of being true multi channel customer service tool housing both your interactive web site, and speech applications.
Advants 10(tm) is our latest automated attendant, voicemail , and telephone-CRM integration IVR software platform for small and medium enterprises, and the product of over 15 years experience with automated voice systems for small to medium business.  This system augments the UM capabilities of Exchange 2007-2010, or can be operated stand alone.   Advants10 Attendant Suite offers the capabilities of an expensive bespoke system in an affordable and easy to administer package.
